Jorge Saladrigas has over 21 years of experience in sales. He is currently the Vice President of Sales and Client Relations at RegisHR. Prior to joining Regis in 2010, Jorge received extensive sales training at PepsiCo where he spent 5 years managing a $17.4mm market.
At RegisHR, Jorge oversees the sales of HR solutions, including PEO (Professional Employer Organization), ASO (Administrative Services Organization) services, and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. These products help employers attain cost-effective solutions to manage their human resources, benefits, workers’ comp, and payroll.
Under Jorge’s leadership, and with an excellent team supporting him, Regis has achieved a comprehensive annual growth rate of 18%. As of 2024, RegisHR manages over 10,000 worksite employees and processes over $600mm in payroll annually.
Jorge graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory High School in Miami, FL. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL.
